version 1.2 released

what's new:

sprinting with limited stamina that drains fast

adrenaline syringe item (infinite stamina but hinders your vision and removes 75% of your stamina when it wears off)

dosage mechanic (if taken too many pills or adrenaline you will puke and lose 25-50% of sanity)

more props to the game

added some game juice

puking thing
